Aroma, Clevland Park, DC Aroma is a fine liquor and cigar bar with humidor room. The project included renovating existing retail space to accommodate new plumbing, HVAC with smoke exhaust requirements, and electrical service upgrade. Structural demolition and steelwork carved out additional usable space for our client, while extensive value engineering assured the project remained within budget. Built in art-deco style, Crossection worked with the architect to modify design and engineering, accomodating specific dimensions and clearances to meet code. In addition, Crossection was able to re-specify long lead items which, coupled with proactive management of subcontractors, significantly accelerated the work schedule. click on image to enlarge
