Aspen Manor Shopping Center Aspen Hill, MD The exterior facade of the Aspen Manor Shopping Center needed a complete renovation. Old structural masonry columns were demolished and extensive structural steel canopy modifications were made. To alter elevation and create an entirely different look, Crossection constructed detailed roofing alternations, specialty light gauge radius framing and detailed EIFS with step down reveals. Re-wiring was necessary, as was the re-sizing of existing circuits to accommodate a new electrical canopy and signage. All electrical work was coordinated to allow mall businesses to remain open for customers. Crossection completed the entire facade renovation in only four weeks, without sacrificing quality.
