BMW of Fairfax, Body Shop & Detail Center Renovation Fairfax, VA This project consists of 1.36 acres of land with 2 freestanding buildings totaling 10,200 square feet. Site work included abandonment of existing septic and well, paving, landscaping, new utilities including sewer ejector system. Completed buildings contain Body Shop Bays and 2 Painting Spray Booths. Extensive structural work was done to accommodate spray booths and body frame straightening shop. Buildings were equipped with Hazardous Exhaust Evacuation System and contained advance fire suppression systems to comply with combustible liquid code. Street work in Virginia Department of Transportation area was performed to tie in utilities and modify entrance grades. Other scopes of work performed included roofing, electrical, plumbing, masonry, concrete and finishes. click on image to enlarge
