Crossection completed construction on the ALDI Food Store in Cheverly, Maryland. We were responsible for renovating an existing one story, 22,500 square foot tenant space. Our scope of work included work on the front canopy/façade, sidewalk, entrances, and structural modifications. We provided construction management for the aluminum storefront windows, roofing work, new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. We also handled installation of owner furnished items and materials.

Crossection has built several Carrabba’s over the years; and we are proud to have been involved in the construction of the first Carrabba’s restaurant in Winchester, Virginia. The project is located off of U.S. Route 11 – Valley Pike in the Kerstown Commons shopping center. This site featured a new prototype design; the project was a fit-out of a 7,200 square foot tenant space. The landlord delayed the start date by three weeks, however, Crossection still managed to deliver the project on time and within budget. JAS Architecture was the architect of record for this project.
