Outback Steakhouse, Virginia Beach, VA
Completed: May 2009

The corporate office for Outback Steakhouse made the decision to close and rebuild the located in Virginia Beach, VA and awarded the project to Crossection, Inc. The existing restaurant was demolished on February 2, 2009, rebuilt and opened to the public on May 1, 2009.

Completed: March 2009

While completing work on the Famous Dave's, Christiana, DE project, Crossection Inc. began construction on the Wilmington, DE location. Both locations are owned by the same franchisee. The Wilmington location required the demolition of an existing restaurant.

Bonefish / Fleming's, Marlton, NJ
Completed: November 2008

This project was extensive with the demolition of an existing restaurant and a shell building constructed as a dual site to be built simultaneously. Crossection, Inc. began construction in April 2008 and both restaurants were completed by November 2008.

As a general contractor and construction management company we would like to showcase just a few of our projects featuring several unique situations such as a shopping center with an extensive storm water retention system; a new prototype for Outback Steakhouse in Waynesboro, VA and renovations to two restaurants which included microbrewery systems one in Arlington, VA and the other Washington DC.
