Herndon Parkway Crossing is a 14,000 square foot shopping center located on Herndon Parkway in Herndon VA.   The articulated brick, pre-cast masonry, stone and EIFS make up the rich façade which is occupied by tenants such as Pot Belly and other retailers. Due to the unique layout of the site, an extensive underground storm water retention system had to be installed to satisfy local runoff requirements.

Furthermore, an additional entrance was installed on the main street through Herndon to provide easy access for customers. All the work was done while the Chevy Chase Bank on the same lot remained open and served customers on daily basis.
