Insurance Requirements

Subcontractor(s) shall purchase and maintain insurance for the following types of coverage and limits of liability.

Prior to starting any Work, Subcontractor must provide Contractor with Certificates of Insurance as follows:

• $1 million general liability for each occurrence with a $2 million aggregate and a CG 20 10 11/85 endorsement, attached or similar endorsement
• $1 million auto liability
• $1 million Workmen’s Compensation insurance per accident

Subcontractor(s) shall provide a Certificate of Insurance to Crossection, Inc., along with the additional insured endorsement attached to the Certificate, to include Primary Wording and Waiver of Subrogation under its General Liability policy. The Certificate of Insurance shall be neither cancelable nor have a reduction of coverage without (60) days prior written notice to Crossection Inc. Any exclusions or conditions that limit or reduce the additional insured must be disclosed, in writing, before starting work at site.
