TGI Friday's, Farmingville, NY New TGI Friday's concept, 7000 ft freestanding restaurant on a 2 1/2 acre site located in Farmingville, Long Island, NY. Construction involved extensive coordination with adjacent property owners. The site work included the installation of a septic system with an eight-stage storage system 12 ft in diameter by 15 ft deep, 18,000-gallon septic tank and 5,510 sq ft leaching pool.
