Warehouse Addition, Manassas, VA This is a 43,000 square foot design build project. Crossection managed the entire project including overseeing of the architect and engineers. All county plan review issues were resolved within the owner's budget constraints. This 10 acre site included a retention pond, site utilities, 7,000 cubic yards of imported soil, foundation wall, slab & a pre-engineered metal building.
